  1. Allocation of Space
  2. The Organisers of the event are Industrial Exhibitions Limited.
  3. Stand space will be allocated on set up day.
  4. The Organisers will notify the Exhibitor within 7 days of receipt of an application for exhibition space whether space has been reserved and if so provide a booking reference which must be quoted in all correspondence.
  5. If for any reason the Exhibitor shall not be allocated a space then all monies paid by the Exhibitor will be refunded in full.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right to decline any application for space without providing any reason.
  7. If, within 6 weeks of the exhibition, an Exhibitor gives notice that he/she no longer wishes to attend, then the Organisers reserve the right to retain all monies received.


  • Payment
    1. All applications are offered and accepted on a “payment with booking” basis.  The Organisers reserve the right to decline any application that does not comply with this condition.
    2. An administration fee of £25.00(+VAT) per month (or any part thereof) will be charged from the date of the event on overdue accounts.
    3. An administration fee of £25 (+VAT) will be charged per alteration to my original booking.


  • Duration of Exhibition
    1. The date and opening hours of the exhibition will be stated on the application form.
    2. By completing the application form, the Exhibitor agrees to have his/her stand completed by the afternoon prior to the event (or at a time agreed in advance in writing with the Organiser) and will ensure that his/her stand is manned for the entire duration of the exhibition as published and will not dismantle his/her stand or remove exhibits displays samples or literature until the exhibition has closed.


  • Fire & Safety
    1. No naked light, oil lamps, petrol, dangerous gases or other highly inflammable or explosive substances are allowed into the building.  Any item which poses a potential fire hazard in the hall shall require written permission to exhibit via the Organisers.
    2. All Exhibitors’ equipment must be confined within the space allocated to the Exhibitor and must not be a hazard to any persons attending the exhibition or other Exhibitor.  Passageways, stairwells and fire exits must be kept clear at all times.
    3. Exhibitors and their staff must conform to the health and safety policies of the visiting site and/or Industrial Exhibitions Limited; and the accepted safety standards of the region, and ensure that all equipment is maintained and operated in a safe condition.  Displays involving moving equipment must not be left unattended.
    4. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that they are familiar with the building’s emergency evacuation procedures.



  • Preparation And Removal of Stands

In submitting the application form, the Exhibitor agrees to be bound by the following requirements (unless agreed in writing in advance by the Organiser):

  1. Not to enter the exhibition hall or attempt to erect displays unless Industrial Exhibitions personnel are present.
  2. Not to utilise any display other than a commercially available portable display system.
  3. The floor loading of any item of equipment shall not exceed a floor loading footprint greater than that of a person weighing 220lbs.
  4. Electrical equipment will be single phase and not exceed that capable of being provided by 1 x 13 amp 3 pin domestic outlet, and must be PAT tested where applicable.
  5. Extension leads must not exceed 5m in length. (AWE ONLY: Multiple gang extension leads are prohibited) .  
  6. Exhibitors are required to inform the Organisers at least 4 weeks prior to the event if they wish to operate portable electrical equipment such as drives, pumps or compressors.
  7. To remove all packaging exhibits displays samples literature or other property immediately after the closure of the exhibition.
  8. The Organisers do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage from any cause whatever, in respect of any property brought to the exhibition premises by Exhibitors or stand holders or their servants, agents, sub-contractors or any other persons, and the Exhibitor or stand holder is required to indemnify the Organisers in respect of any such loss or damage to exhibits or any other property brought to the premises whether it is their property or not.


  • Damage to Exhibition Venue
    1. The Exhibitor shall not cause or permit damage to such property, finishes fixtures or fittings.  Flooring in particular must not be damaged.  No display or publicity material is permitted on the walls.


  • Limit of liability
  1. The Exhibitor is responsible for all claims arising from personal injury or damage to property caused directly or indirectly by the Exhibitor any contractor, sub-contractor, servant, agent, licensee or invitee of his or the act, omission or neglect of any such person or by any exhibit, machinery or other article or thing of the Exhibitor or in the possession of or use of the Exhibitor or any agent or servant of his.  The Exhibitor will indemnify the Organisers in respect of each and every such claim and all actions, proceedings, costs, claims and demands in respect thereof.  The Exhibitor must take out adequate insurances in respect of all such claims 
  1. All equipment and articles exhibited are at the sole risk of the Exhibitor. Exhibitors are advised to insure against costs and losses which they may incur in the event of the Exhibition being cancelled, suspended in whole or in part for causes beyond the Organisers control since the Organisers accept no liability in such an eventuality.
